Before and After School Program

Homework time is provided daily

Breakfast is provided in before school care.

Snack is provided in after care.

Group games, board games, open-ended art, choice center activities, and choice quiet time available.

Care available on 1/2 days and in-service days. 

Preschool and Kindergarten Care

Preschool on-site for children 4 years and older.

Daily lesson plans to prepare preschool students for kindergarten.

Kindergarten students challenged to supplement their school curriculum,

Center activities that support themes and lessons as well as promote different learning styles and individual interest. 

Infant, Toddler, Preschool Care

Infant through Preschool-age care, as well as summer school age and year-round before & after care is available at our Licensed Home Childcare setting in Belleville, MI.

School Program Daily Schedule

6:30 AM  Arrival; open-ended activities

7:15 AM  Light Breakfast - Provided by M & M

8:00 AM  Before-School Student Dismissal

8:00 AM  Welcome Preschool & PM Kindergarten Students

8:15 AM  Morning Assembly

8:30 AM  Story Time

8:45 AM  Circle Time (reading books, discussing themes, calendar)

9:15 AM  Children choose from 3-4 stations, which can include art, writing, worksheets, number/letter recognition, manipulative activities, table games, sensory, math/science, etc.

10:00 AM  Large motor:  physical games, dancing, exercising, outside play, etc.

10:40 AM  Large Group (Guided Learning)

11:00 AM  DEAR (Drop everything and read)

11:00 AM  Preschool Dismissal

11:10 AM  Welcome AM K Students

11:15 AM  Lunch for Kind. & Full Day PK Students

12:00 PM  Welcome PM Preschool

12:05 PM  PM Kindergarten Dismissal (We take them to their classrooms)

12:15 PM  Story Time / Nap for all day PK

12:30 PM  Circle Time (reading books, discussing themes, calendar)

1:00 PM  Choice to center activities; (Refer to morning schedule; 9:15 am)

2:00 PM  Large motor:  (See 10 AM)

2:40 PM  Large Group (Guided Learning)

3:00 PM  DEAR (Drop Everything and Read)

3:15 PM  Preschool & AM K Students Dismissal

3:15 PM  Welcome After-School Students

3:20 PM  Snack and Homework

4:20 PM  Outdoor, gym, large motor activities

5:00 PM  Group Games, board games,open-ended art

5:45 PM  Clean-up, open-ended activities

6:00 PM  M & M Extra Care closes for the day
