Before working at M&M, it is mandatory for all staff members to undergo fingerprinting as part of a thorough background check mandated by Childcare Licensing. The applicant must fill out a specific form, CCBC - Michigan Child Care Background Check Consent and Disclosure. Once this form is submitted, an M&M administrator will reach out to schedule your fingerprinting appointment. Required Forms consists of essential documents and tasks that MUST be finished prior to processing your first paycheck. If you are unable to complete these requirements before the upcoming pay period deadline, you will need to wait an additional two weeks for your first check to be issued.
