Mr. Trevyn

Mr. T is returning for his fourth school year with M&M as our Site Leader. He loves off roading and adventuring with his family. His favorite books as a child were “The Chronicles of Narnia.”

Ms. Meidy runs our kindergarten and first grade M&M classroom at Fortis.  She joined us in the spring of 2024, and we are so happy to have her on our team for her first full school year!
2nd-3rd ENrichment Specialist

MS. Ashonte

Ms. Ashonte is a lover of arts and crafts, and gardening. She has a Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration and a Masters in psychology. She has experience working with the Boys and Girls club. Her guilty pleasure show is "Murder She Wrote" and her favorite book growing up was Corduroy.

Ms. Madison

Ms. Madison is starting her fourth school year with M&M Extra Care. She has a degree in Health and Human services from the University of Michigan. Crafting is a favorite hobby of hers, including crochet, reading, and jewelry making. Her guilty pleasure TV are reality shows and documentaries. She loved Junie B. Jones books as a child.

Enrichment Specialist/ Mentor

Adrienne Washington

Ms. Adrienne studied Early Childhood Development at Madonna University and has worked with children for over 35 years. She is beginning her 7th school year with M&M Extra Care. A fun fact about Ms. Adrienne is that she is a jump rope wizard and can jump rope longer than most of the M&M camp kids. Her favorite book as a child was “The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.”

Ms. Diamond

Ms. Diamond is starting her first year with us at M&M. She enjoys hanging out with friends and water activities. She started her education journey at Washtenaw College in child development for her Associates Degree. She is attending the 3 in one program, allowing her to attend Eastern to obtain a Bachelor's degree in family and children communication. She is also a member of the TEACH program. Her goal is to open a play room in memory of her dog who passed. She enjoys watching Lifetime movies and her favorite childhood book is Chrysanthemum.

Mr. D has joined the Fortis M&M team this year! He has started out with Ms. Madison in the 4th-5th grade class. They love Mr. D!

Tara Ball

Ms. Tara has been with M & M since 2009 and also began as an Enrichment Specialist. But with Tara’s extensive experience and expertise in School-Age programming, it was clear her role was to include so much more. Tara is instrumental in providing high quality care at M&M. Tara is a valuable coach and leader to all Specialists, Site Leaders and even the Administrative Team. Tara will often step into a classroom to cover a shift, to help train a new specialist, or even just because she LOVES working with the kids! Tara’s greatest love—planning and working summer camp!

Madonna Mrocca

As the owner of M&M Daycare, Inc., Madonna has been providing care for children since 1995. As a parent of two children who attended NHA Schools, Madonna understands the important role that M&M Plays in providing a quality school-age program. She understands that strong partnerships with families, co-workers and school-day teachers will aid in the growth and development of each child. Her team of professionals are provided with an equally safe and cooperative workplace where honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and ongoing professional education is their primary responsibility. Although Madonna now operates primarily in the administration of the program, she believes in her team and relies on them to provide the best before and afterschool program available!
